well, i think any GIF editor should let you extract the frames from a gif. Those are not hard to find. You'll have to extract those, and print them.Probably by yourself >=D

when I was on Danbooru and searched "dance" I found a tun of those gifs. idk why people keep making those but I see them in sigs all over the net too.

its just simple, "color toning" just play with it and you'll get it right even if nobody teaches you this, just look closely at the pic so you can better understand it
